First post since I moved to Georgia.
It's my 3rd week here yet I haven't got used to how my days are divided, so I have to find out when the time is best to blog. Not to mention the internet service is crap and I had to opt for optical cables. It's supposed to be activated on Saturday....I'll see if it works normally or not. WTF?! Optical cables are kinda new here...@_@
Anyway, I haven't even been to proper sightseeing, however I made some photos when we hosted couriers and traveled a bit. I'll post photos later :)
Cosmetics-wise....well, not like I've been to much stores so far (I just have no time and transportation is tricky to further places & walking is suicide for a European), but the prices are the same as in Hungary. Some things are even more expensive! And Hungary already has high prices!^^ Poor US colony that lives here....it must be cruel for them! =D
I'm sure that there are no MAC counters, but luxury brands are present, and some brands I've never heard about. I hope to explore the few stores that are present fast.
BTW, I got rid of Intensedebate's comment system, however all the comments made through Intense are lost. Ok, not entirely, coz as long as I keep my account I have all the data, it's just that I can't export it...at least not into the new system by Pnyxe. Nor simply into Blogger. However, if someone knows how to do it, please tell me. I don't want to pay 130 dollars per month for a premium Pnyxe package only to emerge my old comments into the new system....

Moving abroad
I have a major announcement. As stated in the title, I'm moving abroad. Next month. I only have 3 more weeks till then. And the destination is Georgia. No, not the US Georgia, but the country Georgia.
It's sudden and I have a hard time deciding which makeup stuffs to bring along....I don't want to pack everything but what if I leave something at home and then I will want to use that one? Also, I'm afraid of the cargo damaging something....you know, the nightmare of seeing your favourite and/or expensive makeup shattered.
I stocked up with bubble wraps, but I have a feeling that I will want to wrap every single thing in 10 layers of bubble wrap XDDD
I will let you know when I 've settled in the new place and what brands could be found in Georgia. I suspect not many great brands are present......f#ck! T___T

After the stressful work some leisure time...
Just a short post stating I'm still alive and am definitely going to start posting again soon! :)
After a killing period at work I was able to spend some quality time with a good friend of mine, sailing on the Balaton....
*click on it to enlarge....yumm*
And forever-best-Georgina visited HK a while ago and helped me get some things I've been lusting after...
Some of them were part of the hated Sasa order. BTW, Sasa.com deleted my order on their own since I didn't provide the data they wanted...how nice of them....
Blogger.com keeps on rotating my pics no matter how many times and with what programs I save the photos in the desired direction...WTF
Anyhow, you can see clearly what's on them, just click:
- MUFE Aqua Smoky Lash mascara 2x
- MUFE Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector (color nr 0)
- Naris Wink Up Maxigrade mascara
- Kiss Me Heroine Make Volume & Curl mascara
- Hada Labo Hyaluronic acid lotion
- extra masks
Now I'm feeling pampered! ^.^
Thank you again, Georgina! Love ya! <3

Short update
I haven't posted for......like ages and it's 100% due to work. Year end closure and tenders with 200+ applicants are no fun....especially when you're alone and everyone else works in pairs but you.
Sleep deprivation is unavoidable. I never believed in such things, but trust me, if you go home 6-7 pm every day, sometimes 9-10 pm for two weeks in a row, and then you have to cook for the next few days, you're going to look like a walking corpse. To kill some stress, this weekend I started to watch Naruto again, and I have to tell you......I went insane and wanted to smash my table into pieces whenever I saw Sai's face. Physically. Really.[Yes, I'm only at those early Shippuuden episodes where Sai appears...now even Sora got into the picture too]
For almost a week now I have a new collegue, who isn't new actually, he did this before, but now it's like I'm nursing a newborn baby and I have to explain every single thing. Kinda friggin disturbing when he was supposed to be my superior and make my workload less by sharing cases.....yet it's more like I'm checking out everything he does......that means the same amount of work, topped with the fact that part of it was done by someone else whose mistakes I have to correct before the case leaves our hands.
Well, enough of my rants....I just wanted to write this out and say that I'm definitely going to post again....just let this crazy time end and give me a gooood long rest! =)

I should be eating as I'm starving, just came back from school, log in to Facebook and go search D'espairsRay's page, since they were to reveal tour infos including Europe.
BTW, Despa is a Japanese rock band FYI and I L.O.V.E. them! *___*
And you know what? Finally, oh, my f*cking God! Finally they visit Hungary too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*faints*
I did cry when I read the announcement!! Now I need my paycheck, search where I can buy tickets (if I can this early), buy them, and find the ultimate water-tear-and-sweat proof black eyeliner!!!! XDDD I don't care if it won't come off for days, just make it stay in place HAHA
I'm sososososo excited! What should I wear? I don't have fitting clothes for jrock concerts! o.O Some accessories, yes, but no clothes.....
Excuse the non makeup related post, I just LOVE them soo much and am in Heaven that I couldn't help but share my excitement!
If you know that eyeliner, please, share with me! ^_^

What's happening?
I moved. I've kinda settled in, in the process of learning the city....(got lost 2 times already LOL)
Before moving I had my hair cut:
Zombie face~~~
Look at that bumpy potato nose! X_X
And yes, those are my beloved dark circles....Where the concealer started to fade (around/under the tear ducts) they show up >_<
Imagine it as a whole half-circle when not covered up.
As I have way too much stuffs on my review list, I'll make a quick one right now for my ever first MAC single eyeshadow.
I don't remember when I bought it, but I use it weekly.
Color is Patina:
It's a taupe brown with golden pearl and frosty finish.
At the store I remember there was a greenish cast to it, like the golden sheen, but their lightning must be special, as ever since then I wasn't able to catch the same color...under all kind of lightning types.
It looks such a boring color, right?
But it isn't! I like it a lot~
Texture wise it's good. Easy to blend, no or minor fall out (depends on the good or lousy brush I use). No fading, and stays creaseless for 5-6 hours, sometimes more or less. I couldn't find out what causes it. (I never wear bases)
But I don't have to tell all this, right? I think everyone should own at least one MAC eye product.
I visited the MAC store Yesterday (it's fairily close to where I live =D) and wanted to try the two Viva Glam lipsticks (Gaga and Cindy), but of course they didn't have them @_@
Thus I swatched what I could....like the Spring Colour Forecast Shadow quads.
I'd say only #4 worths mentioning.
All four colors have a buttery touch, with great color payoff. Each the same consistency, shiny-pearly finish. Even tho they are too yellowish for my taste and skintone, I was drooling over it.....until I saw the price HAHA
#3 was tempting, until I swatched it.
Purples are always a good shot, and the top two colours (Mink Pink and Bruised Plum) looked good with even coverage and nice touch, while the bottom two, darker colors (Black Tulip and Jungle Moon) were...I dare say....scratchy! No even color, or same texture.....totally not worth the money! Too bad, ruining the palette T_T

Some great deals around the net
Thank you loely ladies for the good wishes and cheering for me! <3 *throws kisses*
I'm super excited to move this Wednesday! But now I have a lot of administrative stuffs to do, and stupid people won't make it easy for me @_@
I wanted to write a review (I have photos stocked into folders enough for months!!!!), but i'm tired and still have 3 assignments to do Today! X_X
And since I can't wait to start work, get my paycheck and spend it all in an afternoon, I'm lemming and drooling on every single sale that can be found!
Here are some.
Before you go, and click on the links, make note that these are invite-based sites. Thus, if you register and buy something, I get some money. However, these sites are US only and that means I can't use them! (Actually, I could use a concierge service, but it's pricey and I'm stingy >=D)
Anyway, I do encourage you to go and check the deals out, as they always have some amazingly cheap high end products! Like the late shu uemura sale was out of stock in a blink HAHA
ButterLondon nail polishes for 5USD!!
Like this color! Best stuffs are already sold out, so hurry!
Christian Audigier jewelry (man and woman)
I love everything Ed Hardy and if Christian Audigier comes out with anything, I'm on it HAHA
Lovely earrings:

I've been lemming this brand for a long while now, but haven't gotten myself to buy anything.
If you haven't heard of it, Mario Badescu is a European spa skin care range and highly loved!^^
Ceramide eye gel for $14
Super collagen mask for $14
Kiwi face scrub for $12 (looks yummy)

Revealing the truth...and some more
You know I have a secret I couldn't tell, right?
You're curious, huh?
Now I can freely share the news!
I got a job! YES~~~~
And where?
At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs!
kyahahahahha~ I'm soo happy! *dances around*
I'm starting on 1st April, and I have to move to the capital! I already have a flat booked. Actually, I'll share it with someone else, but I'll be free to do and live as I want! No more fucking roommates I have to care about~~~~
And, this also means lots of malls and beauty brands I couldn't reach before! *___* I already found a store carrying brands like Bvlgari (hope not only the parfumes), Donna Karan, D&G (again, please, let it be makeup too), Versace, Dsquared2 and Giorgio Armani! Now, this is the second (and so far) last place that sells GA! Except GA, I didn't know these brands are available here!^^
Not that I will have time to spend hauling and drooling on the weekdays....and on weekends malls are crowded like H.E.L.L!!!!
Well, this the secret I couldn't tell and consumed several days and energy to hunt down the perfect place to live in. It might not be as exciting as..like say...winning the lottery or moving to Japan HEHE ;D
But it definitely makes me happy, and I'll have more money to spend LOL
Now let's move on to a lil review!
Before I mentioned, that the spring collection of essence is "cute as hell". here
It was due to be on shelves in February, but the stores were late and until last week I din't go back to check if they had them already. Well, they did have the full collection, and I picked up the only blush:
Excuse me for not bothering with stock photos.
It's quite a neon pink in RL, but looks super cute and fresh on skin.
On the pics it looks cool toned but in fact it's neon pink! You know, those pink, yellow, green and whatnot highlighter pens we used to use in highschool. Yes, that!
The packaging is similar to MAC, and the consistency is hard. I dropped it once and it is totally unharmed!^^ However hard, it's easy to pick up the powdery blush.
If you had problems with fast fading blushes, you'll love this! It sticks like nothing I've ever seen! I rubbed, rubbed and rubbed and it still looked the same, then washed my hand and it needed a longer washing! <--I'm talking about the hand swatches here.
When on my face it stays put until I remove it with oil.
And it sticks not only to skin but brushes too! If you decide to buy this, be prepared to stand another blush brush in line only for this blush, or you can wash it every time you used this, as the bristles are "dyed" by the blush.
I mean it! You can't tap it off or blow off, swiping won't work either =D
That's how it looks on my brush. Right side is minimal freshly picked powder, while on the left side of the tips you can see some residue from previous applications. Maybe it's just me who can see where to look at..nah, believe me, it's not much different affter application either.
Finally the swatches:
Of course finger swatch on the right side, blended brush application on the right.
You need a light hand to make this blush work. You can easily overdo it and create candy pink clown cheeks.
I'd recommend this to everyone!
Surely not a color you can pull on an everyday natural look, but everyone's purse needs this shade.
And with a staying power, name(WAWAWAWOOO! seriously!) and price (friggin 2.50 USD on sale!) you can't go wrong!

Hiatus announcement & Sofina Primavista Clear Cover Base review
First of all, I will be away for at least a week! I need to be hospitalized because of treatment and it may last for two weeks, depending on the doctor's decision.
I will not have net connection from Monday (Jan 18) on, but I'll be sure to check and reply every comment, so do contact me! Email add is on the right sidebar -->
I'll be back as soon as possible, so don't forget about me! ;D
Thank you!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
And now onto beauty related things.
Here is Sofina Primavista Clear Cover Base. The Sofina line belongs to Kao and although not the most expensive on the market, definitely not cheap. This makeup base is part of the 2009 spring-summer collecion.
Lacking sufficient information all I can say as product details:
It has SPF20 PA++
Not much, right?
Well, I have not much good to say about the product based on my experiences either. Blair has better opinion, so read her blog post too.
Personally I saw no poreless result, and the little redness I have on my cheeks (thankfully less and less) remained too. About keeping foundation in place for long....? Hmm yeah....it kept there. Nothing spectacular. I still prefer Lunasol's base. I'll do a review of it when I'm back!
Good to know it has sun protection, but the fact that topped with liquid foundation it run on my nose was not good! What I mean? I slided to the base of my nose, under my nostrils, forming a huge wrinkle/line!!! I've never seen anything like that! And this happens only when using Primavista Clear Cover Base!
It's blended downwards...
The texture is light, easy to blend and goes on transparent. Or it fits too perfectly for me to see >.<
Apart the creasing, I'd be a happy owner of this makeup base.
21g of product costs $38 at Facial-shop.

Got surgery and now I have two heads...
Personal post, no makeup or skin-care, sorry!
I had this wisdom tooth that caused me many painful nights and pink-clouded days thanks to painkillers. Most of these days in the last one and half year were becoz if this tooth. It didn't have space and pushed the ones in front...with not much luck. The gum wasn't able to cut open enough to let the tooth out, but the tiny hole was enough cause cavity in the wisdom tooth.
I have had this bastard for like 6 years now, not able to grow out, and then it goes bad. Cool!
So, after the latest pain-freak-show late November, I went to the dentist (yet again with not much faith) and boom! Cavity! Got an appointment to the operative dentistry (10 Jan).
Let me tell ya, I was incredibly brave! Considering I could cry in front of a mere dentist's office hearing the driller, it's a miracle I didn't even flinch at the hospital. It's a surgery facility, ya know!^^
I don't go into details, I get sick just thinking about it....
In the end, I was showed the tooth. It was broken into 4 or 5 pieces....mostly the roots. The crown (dunno what it's called in English) was so huge I couldn't believe my eyes! Where on Earth did that fit in? There was no place!
But the biggest surprise was one of the roots! It had a 90 degree "hook" at the end!!!
See??????
No wonder they had a hard time taking it out.
Sorry for the crappy drawing! LOL
I was told the wound was going to hurt like hell for a few days after the anesthetic wore off. I was so prepared to eat painkillers all the time. The operation happened Yesterday, but so far no pain. It' doesn't sting a bit!
Not like the huge bump that apperead on my face (above the jawline)! And it's not even where the wound is.....3 or 4 teeths in front of it! HAH
It's huge! Dunno the word for it, but it seems a blood ball (<-- LOL my invention), you know, table-tennis ball size and my skin purple like plum! Like I was beaten hard. Now, that hurts!
Need to cold pack it with ice....
I can't speak properly, coz the bump stands in the way of my teeth and tongue. Ah, sucks!
And! I still smell like disinfectant! LOL I smell like an operating room, says Mom! bwahaaa

First snow of the winter!
This won't be a beauty related post, sorry! Wait, it is though, if you consider nature a beauty, as I do.
Note that I love winter. It's cold and snowy and puer white and calm.....and so on.
It's rare when the first snow stays longer than two days, and this year it's almost a week and the snow just keeps coming! How freaking cool is that? *_*
This is what I saw from my dormitory window the first snowy morning! Not a great sight, huh? =D I was so surprised to see snow! The night before that morning hadn't shown any sign of snow!
Now I'm home. I mean, at "home" home. And that's what I see from my bedroom's window:
Looooots of snow! *.*
And from the terrace:
That's Hachiko, my lil egoist princess! A German shepherd.
I will come back with reviews soon! ;D
Also, I changed the replying system, as it turned out you guys don't receive notification of follow up comments! Now you don't have to check back to see if I replied or not. Tell me if it doesn't work or something!
