It's not hard to gather 10 bucks of stuff....Personally, I'd go for a Studio brush (like the angled foundation brush), a mineral eyeshadow base (it's said to be better than UDPP....i haven't tried tho), a Studio blush and maybe a pack of oil blotting paper for 1 buck.

I'd say check it out and see for yourself if there's anything worthy.
